**Key Qualifications**:

- Native-level fluency in Hebrew(written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in customer support (a plus but not required).
- Must hold an EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card.
- Hebrew language proficiency at native or C1 level.
