Your mission at Webhelp The Small Business Sales Operations Specialist works alongside the SB Sales teams to implement the Business plan for a territory region, focusing on a portion of the pipeline. You will engage authorized partners and distributors, have a complete understanding of the business opportunities, and help drive demand in the region. The SB Sales Ops specialist is responsible for managing the pipeline starting from deal or opportunity creation all the way through to closure. What you will be doing at Webhelp As a Small Business Sales Operations Specialist, you will: - Create the opportunity in the CRM, and change the sales stage as it progresses. - Interact with Sellers to drive opportunity closure. Works in close collaboration with stakeholders for bigger and more complex opportunities for further - Ensure the information in the CRM is always up to date and compliant. - Manages opportunity documentation in CRM. We’ll be a great match if you: - Have an excellent command in Italian (C1/C2) - Proficiency in English. - Outstanding Communication skills - Very good MS Office (Excel and Outlook) and CRM skill - Engagement with stakeholders in a consultative approach. - Experience and/or understanding of working with Channel Partners. - Competence in learning and discussing key IT aspects. - The importance of understanding every phone call - Perseverance through follow-up calls, leaving voice mails, coordinating appointments, and presenting metrics. - Provide support services to business owners and client stakeholders. - Prior sales support experience is a plus You appreciate our values of recognition, integrity, unity, and commitment, and you are eager to create the "wow" too.
