You will be supporting Dutch-speaking customers of an American multinational corporation and technology company headquartered in Cupertino, California, in Silicon Valley. It designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services.
**Here's what you can expect**:

- **No previous experience required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things**
**Your tasks**:
- Utilizing fraud detection tools and software to monitor and identify potentially fraudulent activity.
- Taking appropriate action on confirmed fraudulent transactions, such as canceling orders, blocking accounts, or initiating chargebacks.
- Educating customers on best practices for fraud prevention and security.
- Maintaining detailed records of fraud cases, investigation outcomes, and actions taken.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as Customer Support, Legal, and IT, to address fraud-related issues comprehensively.
- Continuously evaluating and improving processes and strategies
**You only need**:
- Fluency in **German language**(must be at least B2+)
- Communicative level of **English language **(at least B2) are required.
- Good to have technical knowledge or experience, but not required
- EU citizenship or full working rights.
