**Your functions**:
Make/receive calls from different customers and respond to their requests,

Responding to customer requests in the back office,

Commercial skills according to projects

Knowing how to respond to objections/complaints,

Good computer skills (pack office,...)

**What we expect from you**:
Fluency in Italian (oral/written): level C1/ C2 (mandatory prerequisite),

Good theoretical and practical knowledge of IT (mandatory prerequisite),

Experience in the banking, retail sector

Be proactive / resilient

Experience in customer service will be an asset,

Availability to work variable and rotating hours (40h/week)

Pagamento: 860,00€ - 1 200,00€ por mês
