Digital Business Growth Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behaviour insights, and competitor activities within digital channels.
- Utilize data analytics to assess new market opportunities, understand customer preferences, and identify areas for growth.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital growth, such as customer lifetime value, acquisition cost, and engagement rates.
- Regularly review analytics reports and adapt strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth based on data.
- Identify and pursue strategic digital partnerships with tourism related companies and other relevant businesses to expand service offerings.
- Create and nurture the relationship with online sales partners such as affiliates and marketplaces to develop joint growth strategies.
- Work closely with product teams to shape the digital product roadmap, providing insights from market research and partnership opportunities.
- Innovate and propose new product features or services based on customer feedback and competitive offerings, ensuring they address market needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Higher education Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or similar;
- At least 3 years of experience performing functions in Digital Marketing, especially performance and strategy.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written);
- Strong skills in data analysis, communication, and collaboration with product teams are essential.
- Attention to detail and proactivity;
