**Description Overview**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our new Central eCommerce Team and to play a key role in accelerating eCommerce growth across Europe. You will become the Face & Voice of ePharma & Brick & Click Customers in Europe and to empower our teams in growing an over 70M€ revenue stream, while protecting long term profit and delivering Commercial, Operational & Promotional Excellence. You will play an impactful role, seeking for PAN EU synergies, and to deliver impeccable account management to make Perrigo THE Preferred online partner. You will be part of a thriving team of experts in a fast-growing business environment helping to build the future of omnichannel success.

**Scope of the Role**:
ePharma revenues already account for over half of EU eCom sales and over half of our EU consumer demand, while scoring amongst the strongest growth rates within the eCommerce channel.
This role is a central building stone of our CSCI eCommerce Team - as such the new Lead will successfully manage the following responsibilities:

- Own Central Customer Development of both ePharma retailers (ie Farmaline, Apotea, Newpharma, Docmorris) and large Brick & Click retailers (ie AH, Etos, Boots).
- Ensure perfect online execution to meet Perrigo’s underlying Sales, Volume, Price and Margin targets and outgrow channel dynamics on key categories & brands.
- Deliver Commercial & Promotional Excellence across Europe (support teams in negotiation, provide guidance on promo levels and their optimization, guide assortment strategies, massify key innovation launches, reduce Cost To Serve).
- Ensure Profitable Channel Growth with the support of central CS&I Team.
- Build Perrigo guidance and governance around Cross-border challenges.
- Analyze eCommerce data (Financials & Traffic insights) to identify new growth opportunities and new customer / channel extension opportunities.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by defining new standards and delivering impeccable Key Account Management.
- Prepare and hold presentations with senior management as part of business reviews and customer meetings.
- Enforce omnichannel development, while aligning strategies with other channels.

**Experience Required**:

- 5+ Years’ experience in eCommerce.
- Strong track record in delivering top-line and profit results.
- Strong customer management skills and bias for business development.
- Expert in Negotiation techniques, Gross To net Optimization and Trade Term optimization.
- Brand, Consumer and Customer centric.
- Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
- A flexible and professional attitude and a real team player
