We are looking for a
**Accounts Payable Technician** to join our Accounting & Tax department at our office in Maia.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Validate and register all supplier invoices;
- Manage current accounts, analyzing balances, reconciling them, and maintaining contact with suppliers;
- Monitor supplier accounts in reception and verification;
- Monitor the approval flow;
- Support in the process of digitizing and cataloging invoices;
- Ensure compliance with closing dates;
- Support in the registration and monitoring of cash and bank accounts.
PROFILE
- University Degree, preferably in accounting (or similar)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally within the industrial sector
- Fluent in written and spoken English, French and German considered a plus
- Knowledge in SAP
- Demonstrates a proactive and positive mindset, driven by intrinsic motivation
- A collaborative team player committed to achieving collective goals
- Capable of adapting to changing priorities, demands, and timelines by employing strong problem-solving skills
