OPERATIONAL TRANSVERSAL TRAINER SPECIALIST (JOB NUMBER: 2209CBO12540) **About the job** - The Operational Transversal Trainer Specialist is responsible for preparing and delivering transversal operational training (beginner and proficient) for operational teams, while assuring that the knowledge is passed in a consistent way by using specific tools and methodologies. The Operational Transversal Trainer Specialist also supports training campaign coordination and acts as a coach in the field of expertise **Your Main Activities Are** - Deliver training sessions, with previous preparation and proper follow-up - Improve existing training, updating content, format or any other aspect, taking in consideration the feedback from the sessions - Develop new training formats (classroom format, remote format and self-service format) for existing and/or new programs - Develop expertise in training tools, such as, Power Point, Excel, Klaxoon and Communication tools - Support training campaign coordination - Assist other trainers' development, providing cross knowledge and walkthrough training - Support training partnerships - Support newcomers' learning path **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor Degree in Bussiness Administration / Finance - Management Experience is a plus - At least 2 years of relevant experience in Credit Operations - Advanced level of English, both written and oral are manadatory.
