The role
The Head of Operations is a new role to support the smooth functioning of the operations of the Corporate Office in Lisbon, Portugal. This encompasses the various sites from which the departments operate.
The Head of Operations will report to the Board and will oversee the following services: Facilities Management, Security, Landscape/Gardening, Hospitality and Housekeeping/Janitorial.

Key responsibilities
Ensure effective coordination as needed with other functions such as, but not limited to, Finance, IT and Human Resources;
Implement the operational systems, tools and processes for a smooth running of the Corporate Office;
Recruit and manage direct reports and evolve the structure of the Operations function as may be needed;
Provide a safe and secure environment for the staff across the sites;
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements;
Propose and implement a procurement strategy;
Lead the preparation of the annual budget and budget forecasts for the operations of the Head Office;
