Job Title: Director / Head of Operations & Strategy Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid/Remote Flexible) About Us: We are a fast-scaling, innovative tech organization looking for a results-driven leader to oversee operations, drive strategic initiatives, and scale our business. Our ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of business strategy, operational excellence, and people-first leadership. The Role: We are seeking an experienced Operations & Project Leader to take ownership of our business operations, organizational strategy, and growth initiatives. You will translate business strategy into actionable plans, align people, processes, and performance, and implement scalable systems to drive measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Lead operations and strategy across multiple business units, with full P&L ownership and performance accountability. Design, implement, and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and performance dashboards for business and people teams. Launch and manage new verticals, B2B programs, and partnerships with key stakeholders. Build and optimize processes, workflows, and operational documentation , establishing clarity and accountability across teams. Lead cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, People & Culture, and Project Management. Drive data-driven decision-making , leveraging analytics tools like Power BI, Metabase, and Tableau. Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and operational efficiency . Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and cultural initiatives to foster high-performing, engaged teams. Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Strategy , or similar roles, preferably in fast-scaling tech environments. Proven track record of strategic leadership, P&L management, and operational excellence . Strong experience in People & Culture, organizational design, and team leadership . Expertise in data-driven decision-making, performance dashboards, and analytics . Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, BambooHR, Lattice, ChatGPT, Zapier . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills . Comfortable leading multiple initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth environment . Preferred Education & Certifications Degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field . Relevant certifications in UX/UI, Product Growth, Leadership, or Project Management .> Application Process >Initial screening with the Head of HR .
