As the Head of Divisions Controlling Services, you will be managing a team that is responsible for cost planning; investment; headcount; overhead management; inventories; R&D, amongst other controlling topics, working closely with the appropriate stakeholders - Finance, Procurement, HR, with Divisions, ACT, Operations and Regional controllers. You will be responsible for the entire IFSSC CS Divisions team development and succession planning by being a coach and mentor.

In your new role you will:

- **Manage **Controlling related activities **including people, budget and planning within the respective Controlling Area incl. functions and teams;
- **Manage team **that secure and improve quality of Infineon's Controlling activities;
- **Define and control **customer-specific target service levels;
- **Lead employees **by implementing the right organizational footprint and skills to address future challenges;
- **Ensure maximum team performance **and **customer satisfaction **through people management and engagement;
- **Give direction and vision **to the teams in highly complex global environment;
- **Monitor and control **the Controlling relevant KPIs and ensure quality KPI reporting;
- **Ensure appropriate level of documentation is **created and maintained **to support analyses performed, detailed processes description, decisions made, and conclusions reached to comply with appropriate guidelines and internal controls standards;
- **Represent ultimate authority **for all quality and risk related matters;
- **Define quality corporate targets **out of requirements from customer;
- **Project management**:Ensures integration of LCY and migration of controlling global activities to Porto along all dimensions of people, processes and tools; financial partner of the Finance heads for strategic projects impacting Controlling (C.2.0).
- **Drive the necessary change management **when setting up the activities and responsible for development measures, training plans and succession plans for all responsible employees.

You are a demonstrated leader, natural team player with excellent communication skills and with your strong collaborative skills you are able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You consider yourself an empathic listener that continuously strives to create sustainable relationships.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration **, **Economics or equivalent fields **;
- **5+ years of relevant job experience **in leadership functions **, preferably in an international and multi-cultural environment;
- **Strong Excel and analytical skills **- experience with **SAP FI/CO **;
- **Experienced background **in accounting;
- **Business expertise**:knowledge of own function's contributions to achieving business objectives;
- **In-depth understanding **of principles and concepts in own technical area;
- **Good knowledge **of related areas where there are regular interfaces;
- **Evaluate new or complex situations **using analytical thought;
- **Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects **under pressure and exercise a high degree of adaptability, when working in a complex work environment;
- **Manage staff’s day-to-day responsibilities **, **coaching **and **mentoring **, identifying professional development needs and training opportunities, and continuous performance evaluations;
- **Ability to work well with all levels of leadership and departments **within the company;
- **Ability to work independently **, willingness to learn and grow;
- **Fluency in English.**
