We are an international remote team of 70 people, supporting 8,000+ Creators and 700k+ end-users from all over the world. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or Project Manager (Business Administration generalist with a high level of motivation and intelligence) to join our FULLY REMOTE team and to work directly with our CEO, Matthias Bellmann to work on our newest business area: the “Million Dollar Creators” Check this out on Youtube, Spotify or Apple Podcast This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape and expand a new sector within our business. If you are versatile, eager to take on responsibilities, and committed to personal and professional development, we want you on our team Join us on this exciting journey to create something extraordinary **Requirements**: - Experience in a diverse range of disciplines such as sales, marketing, project management, product management, design, digital, lead management, and videography. - Strong business acumen and a drive to make an impact. - Social Media understanding and implementation from A-Z: know the latest trends, what will work and what won’t. Maybe you’re a creator yourself? - Ability to take ownership of new business areas, demonstrating a proactive approach to personal and professional growth. - Fluent in English **What you'll be working on** - Build and curate a meaningful database, iterate on improvements, and ensure its active utilization and marketing. - Manage podcast activities including guest outreach, audience expansion, and brand building for "Million Dollar Creators". - Drive quality enhancements in podcast, marketing, social media, and video editing. - Lead a small project team, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and meeting project deadlines. - Foster an entrepreneurial mindset and acquire talent within our primarily US target audience. **Benefits** - Work from anywhere and full flexibility. - ✈️ Regular international gatherings in a cool venue somewhere even cooler.
