**WORKPLACE**:Lisbon (Hybrid)**:
**FUNCTIONS**:
- Monitoring of initiatives and respective reporting;
- Definition of governance models and IT processes;
- Development of procedures to support IT processes;
- Support in the development and implementation of new methodologies/tools in the Department;
- Support in preparing support reports for Management;
- Development of dashboards and performance indicators.
**FUNCTIONS**:
- Higher education in the area of Information Technologies;
- Professional experience of more than 2 years in similar functions;
- Proven professional experience in Confluence and IT frameworks;
- Experience in designing processes and producing regulations is valued;
- Knowledge of ITIL and BPMN methodologies;
- Knowledge in English;
- Analytical spirit, with good organizational and communication skills;
- Proactivity, orientation towards results and quality;
- Teamwork spirit and good interpersonal relationships.
