**About the job**

The Wealth Management Offering Transversal team is looking to expand and it will do so in Portugal. This is a very interesting opportunity to join the growing PIMH (Portugal International Markets Hub) family as an analyst in close connexion with Wealth Management Paris team.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Work in pairs on the “AuM Universe” process:

- Produce the expected reporting to Wealth Management (WM) Offering Head Office (Assets class’s reports; ISR KPI’s, SFDR, Dashboards)
- Ensure the coordination with all stakeholders around the world to collect all the primary data including finance head office team
- Follow the dedicated process to produce the report
- Ensure elementary data quality controlling: check inflows/outflows for consistency
- Lead projects to streamline workflows, automate tasks and reduce risk through industrialization via programming (VBA, Access, Java)
- Handle the “Investment strategy performance” process:

- Produce the regular expected reporting to WM Offering Head Office
- Ensure elementary data quality controlling
- Maintain and industrialize the java code
- Handle the “user research follow-up” process:

- Ensure the coordination with all stakeholders around the world to collect data
- Update and maintained the users database
- Produce the expected reporting
- Support to “Operational Controls” process by handling controls database
- Produce the necessary information and analysis to support Central Team and produce other ad hoc analysis for internal or external clients
- Potential participation to ad hoc committees

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Strong interest in data handling
- Strong knowledge in Excel and VBA. Knowledge of JAVA considered a plus
- Previous experience in data analytics, considered a plus
- Strong analysis capacity, rigor and accuracy, dynamism, autonomy, organization and responsibility
- Capacity to commit to deadlines
- Strong interpersonal working relationships and team spirit (follow-up / feedback)
- Able to adapt to a fast pace and multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in English, French language skills considered a plus
