We seek to recruit, for a global in **Vishay Group**:
**Quality Assurance Manager - Film Capacitors Division (M/F)**:
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**
- Define and implement the Quality Policy of Vishay Corporate and of the Division of Film Capacitors;
- Management of the Quality Systems for the different Sites of the Division of Film Capacitors;
- Manage, support and coordinate internal and external audits (ISO/TSA 16949, ISO 19001, VDA 6.3, customer audits) in those sites;
- Support and coordinate product and process qualifications, between the different sites;
- Role of Chief Product Inspector for Quality Assurance for Film Capacitors Division;
- Coordination, implementation and follow-up of continuous improvement projects;
- Management of Quality Laboratories;
- Preparation and periodic reporting of quality data;
- Supporting Quality Corporate on Customer Film Capacitors Quality questions.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanic or equivalent);
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance;
- Experience in Automotive industry is mandatory;
- Knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 19001, ISO/TS 16949, VDA, Six Sigma, etc) and international product standards (IEC, etc);
- Knowledge of diagnostics, statistics, quality engineering and core tools (MSA, FMA, PPAP, APQP, etc);
- Knowledge of manufacturing excellence techniques and best practices;
- Proficiency in English, oral and written is required;
- Knowledge in French, Dutch or German is a plus;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Self-driven and decision-making ability;
- Analytical and creative problem solving skills;
- Continuous improvement profile;
- Willingness to travel internationally.
