Project Management Expert for HR

As a Project Management Expert for HR, you will be contributing to cross-functional and global HR projects in particular with a focus on HR Shared Services, processes, and customer perspectives.

In your new role, you will:

- Support in **defining HR projects objectives **;
- Be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and coordinating activities in line with the overall project plan, such as pre-requisites, deadlines, deliverables, milestone planning, etc.;
- Take part in the **execution of assigned complex sub-projects **incl. preparation, implementation, follow-up, etc.;
- **Coordinate user requirements and changes for systems or reporting **in close coordination with other HR functions;
- Be a facilitator and a **content execution for (global) HR-Info sessions or workshops **regarding project rollouts/implementation phases;
- **Support the project managers **as a project and process coordinators;
- **Coordinate all the project interfaces **and interdependencies within the HR organization and the business representatives;
- **Perform regular reporting **regarding project results.

You are proactive, result-oriented, and have a structured and self-driven working style. You are an excellent communicator who is able to grow sustainable relationships while focusing on the project goals. Besides this, you demonstrate a strong customer orientation that allows you to provide a service of excellence. Furthermore, you are a passionate person who is looking forward to working in an international environment.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, **or similar field of studies;
- Solid **project management skills **and **project experience **- at least 2 years;
- Experience with **HR standard processes, tools, and systems, **would be preferred;
- Experience ideally within **Shared Services Organization **and/or in an **International Environment is a plus **;
- Good experience with **MS Office tools **;
- **Fluency in English **(mandatory). German is a plus.
