Core HR Integration

Job DescriptionLocation: Madrid, Spain - Relocation is MandatorySet up: Hybrid (1 day/week)Within the framework of a transversal initiative across a global financial group, the objective is to implement a single HR platform designed to empower employees and managers, ensure data reliability, reinforce compliance, and support operational excellence. As part of this transformation, locally hosted HR applications must be replaced by the group-wide Core HR solution built on Oracle HCM.The project has an overall duration of three years and is divided into three deployment waves.
