**What do we want to achieve together?**
- You will manage the entire sales funnel for Portugal, from generating business opportunities with dealerships to account management and customer success.
- You will work with dealerships and suggest appropriate products/services to build long-term relationships.
- You will work closely with the operations department to support the sales process.
- You will be a driving force behind innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.
**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- **Experience**: You have 1-3 years of experience working in B2B sales or purchasing roles and any knowledge or experience in the automotive industry.
- **Background **in the automotive industry.
- **Quick learner**: You enjoy challenges, can adapt and excel in your work at the speed of light.
- **High performer**: You have a track record of outstanding academic success, preferably in the fields of engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- **Proactive**: You can take on a significant amount of responsibility and thrive in fast-paced circumstances.
- **Results-oriented**: You take action when you see an opportunity to make a difference.
- **Analytical and great attention to detail**: You can focus on the finer points of a challenging job while also connecting each one to the overall project.
- **Team player**:No task is too small or large. You are willing to lend a hand when needed, you're open-minded and willing to collaborate with people from different countries.
- **Language requirement**: Portuguese and ideally you speak one of these languages fluently: Spanish, French, or English.
