Business Finance Controller

As Partner of Choice, **Global Business Services (GBS)** center support mainly Siemens’ companies worldwide to achieve excellence in their internal processes in areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Care and many more.

GBS is organized in many Business Lines and Service Lines that provide this support (not only) within Siemens’ companies. At GBS Finance, we aim to act as Business Partners side by side with the Management of the Operations that perform these activities contributing with accurate and timely financial records to guide business decision-making.

**What role will you play?**
- Driving Budget planning and Forecast activities of assigned GBS Business Lines (BL) / Service Lines (SL) in close alignment with respective BL/SL head;
- Managing the financial statements of your assigned area of responsibility (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Free Cash Flow) to ensure transparency and support decision-making;
- Provide continuous analysis and reporting of the development KPIs, incl. commenting on the relevant deviations, identifying root causes, preparing and monitoring remediation plans;
- Cost controlling and productivity controlling;
- Perform Price and Cost calculation for products/services under aligned cost calculation method and pricing strategy;
- Support business decisions by providing necessary financial analysis and transparency and drive implementation of management strategy with regard to commercial aspects;
- Ensure efficient business administration processes (postings, invoicing, order processing, contract management etc.) and compliance with relevant internal and external rules and regulations (e.g. IFRS15, RIC, transfer price regulations);
- Handling of ad-hoc queries and active participation in projects as required;
- You proactively look for opportunities to optimize commercial processes and value flows through standardization, automation and digitalization with the aim to increase efficiency and quality.

**We are looking for**:

- Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Controlling (mandatory)
- Experience in shared service environment/controlling will be a plus
- Fluency in English and Portuguese;
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills and very good knowledge of SAP. VBA and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a nice to have;
- Excellent analytical and financial skills and excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong team player with a service-orientated mindset who can adapt quickly to different situations & people and are highly effective in conflict management. Your strong organizational skills enable you to always keep the bigger picture in mind and to deliver expected results in an accurate and efficient way;
- High degree of self-initiative with the ability to learn, manage uncertainties and undertake new challenges wraps up your profile.
