**About the role**:
**What you'll do**:

- **Business Development in the market for Network portfolio and Technical Presales for a technical development.**:

- ** Ability to create quotes on the Networking portfolio using the own networking tools.**:

- ** Internal discussions with internal European Networking teams**, as well as with partners and end customers.
- ** Manage workshops and training sessions.**:

- ** Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).**:

- ** Communicate product and technology information to educate** internal and external audiences.
- Deal with product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors and resellers.
- Work towards the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology group and the achievement of any vendor related accreditation.

**What we're kindly looking for**:

- **1 year of previous experience in Sales and Presales in the Network scope**.
- ** Minimum technical knowledge in Wireless, Routing & Switching.**:

- ** Experience Routing & Switching.**:

- ** Some knowledge of telephone exchanges, VOIP, etc... ill be vaulable.**:

- Multicultural person, capable of communicating with very different stakeholders and collaborating with the Cisco Central European TD SYNNEX team.
- ** Location: Lisbon.**:

- ** Willingness to travel for in-person workshops.
