**Customer Service Advisor Backoffice - Spanish Speaker (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Guide the customers through the Webshop
- Transfer queries to the corresponding department
- Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
- Further you will ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master
- In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)

**What makes you great**
- Fluent in spanish is native, English is highly valued
- You have an secondary school (High School) is required for this role
- Further you are pro-active, focused on responding promptly to actions
- SAP/ERP basic knowledge is a plus
- Strong commitment to teamwork, highly goal and objective oriented, as well as a strong customer orientation and dedication to customer service required

**What we offer you**

**This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.**
