As a **Customer Support Representative**, you will:

- Provide top-notch telephone support to our customers in German.
- Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.
- Manage customer requests, ensuring accurate updates in our systems (e.g., rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, and address modifications).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Fluency in German**: You must be able to communicate effectively in German (minimum C1 level). Proficiency in English is a plus.
- **Telecom Interest**: A genuine interest in telecommunications products and services.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: You enjoy troubleshooting and configuring a variety of technical systems and devices.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 21:00).
- **Personal Strengths**: You are reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
