**The Role**:As Digital Marketing Executive, you are responsible for the planning and execution of all marketing activity aimed at growing Tribute Brands as a global fitness franchisor. Your focus will be on generating high-quality leads and driving brand visibility across digital channels. This is a performance-driven role, ideal for a results-oriented marketer who thrives on meeting commercial targets and optimising campaigns for maximum impact.

**Responsibilities**:
Franchisee Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Develop SEO and content marketing strategies, including keyword research and on-page optimisation, to boost organic performance.
- Use analytics tools to monitor performance, improve conversion rates through A/B testing, and optimise retargeting and sales funnels.

Content Strategy & Execution
- Own the planning and delivery of content across all digital channels used for franchisee recruitment, executing organic and paid social media strategies.
- Oversee community management and engagement across all social accounts.
- Create and manage content calendars, collaborating with affiliate partners, internal designers and external agencies.
- Report on performance metrics (engagement, reach etc.) to guide optimisation.
- Support the planning of events to generate franchise leads and raise brand visibility.

**Experience**
- 5+ years experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing with hands-on channel experience.
- Experience in analysing consumer insights and marketing planning, reporting and presenting campaign analysis and optimisation.
- Confident in creating and curating content, with a proven track-record of delivering high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Previous experience in copywriting, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand content.

**The Person**
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised and structured with ability to manage multi-channel marketing.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
- A passion for health and fitness is desired. We love team workouts and experiencing hands-on the TRIB3 & PILAT3S experience
