**Job Description Summary**

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive with a strong digital mindset to help elevate our brand and generate measurable impact across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives across owned platforms, paid media (including Google Ads), and third-party providers to drive qualified leads and engagement.
- Manage and monitor performance of digital channels, providing regular insights and recommendations for growth and conversion improvements.
- Design and develop pitch presentations and marketing collateral in collaboration with business teams, ensuring brand consistency and strategic messaging.
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, aligning digital efforts with broader business objectives.
- Assist in internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and stakeholder updates.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of corporate events, client activations, and industry engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Business Development, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing execution.

**Knowledge**&** Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within real estate or professional services.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CMS systems).
- Strong design sensibility and experience with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
