Role Overview A candidate with 3-4 years in social media marketing (LinkedIn), lead generation with strong communication skill set and a preferred background in the industrial sector. The candidate would be working within a hybrid environment supporting lead generation within Europe and Africa. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field Key Responsibilities: Execute marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and market share of our mechanical and instrumentation products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including product brochures, case studies, and presentations. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising, to reach target audiences effectively. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product differentiation. Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our range of products Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives. Vendor registration and strategies to tailor make product range per the customers requirement. Create market-specific content to support Business Development outreach Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to qualify leads Assist with event coordination, trade shows, and marketing materials Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and planning/control tools Excellent verbal and written English proficiency, Knowledge of additional local languages would be beneficial.
