- Recruitment & Selection recruits **MEDICAL COORDINATOR **(W/M) for a client in **LISBON**.
**Job description**:
You will be the privileged contact for our policyholders, clients, and healthcare providers:
Take charge of coordinating the care journey for our expatriate policyholders with serious and/or chronic conditions (regular contacts with our policyholders and healthcare providers).
Process medical files for our various activities (Management of prior authorizations, membership requests, sick leave, and disability claims) in the France and/or international scope based on priorities and urgency.
Organize the medical prevention services subscribed by our clients (Health check-ups, prevention campaigns, etc.).
Implement and coordinate cost control actions.
Provide regular reporting on the activities within your scope.
**Requirements**:
Have a bachelor's degree +3, with or without experience in insurance.
You appreciate teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are attentive and have a sense of customer service. You are methodical and demonstrate daily rigor, organization, and responsiveness. You are naturally dynamic and bring enthusiasm to your work. You are concerned with achieving set goals: quality of processing, volumes, deadlines.
You speak English and French fluently.

**Salary**:
Annual base 19 000€ (for people who speak French and English);
**Others benefits**:
- Quarterly bonus up to 180 euros (determined by the results of the company and team);
- Annual bonus based on recurring results up to 150 euros:
- Annual bonus 1200€;
- Transportation allowance = 35 euros per month
- Meal allowances = 8 euros per day work
- Free medical insurance for your family starting on the first day that contract is celebrated;
- Possibility of internal mobility (according to the eligibility criteria);
- Trainings every year;
- Telework charter: possibility of working remotely after 6 months of seniority within the group 2 days per week (up to 3 days for pregnant women or people who have a child under 8 years old);
- Kindly note that all the amounts are communicated in gross.
Working on Saturday and Sunday:
- Employee will have a contract from Monday to Sunday (based on the planning established by the manager). *Please see below the benefits
**Associated**:
- Saturday: payment 50 %
- Sunday: payment 50%
- Bank holidays: payment 100% + 1 day off
- Employees keep 2 consecutive days off when they will work during the weekend
- 40 hours per week
**Contract**:
- Permanent Contract;
- 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday /\
- Permanent contract in the Lisbon city centre
