**Position**: Customer Sales Representative with Italian
**As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a global leader in the distribution and value-added services related to electronic components.**We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to clients around the world. Our business is built on trusted, long-lasting relationships with industry leaders — both suppliers and customers.

We are currently looking for a **Customer Service Representative (Italian speaker)** to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales team by enhancing customer relationships through proactive management of the entire customer order lifecycle — from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery. You will also manage customer-reserved inventory to meet shared goals for both Arrow and our customers.

This position follows a hybrid work model from our office based in **Porto**.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the **Order-to-Invoice** process,
- Order management and backlog monitoring,
- Handling and responding to customer requests and backlog changes,
- Coordinating with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics,
- Ensuring **On-Time Delivery** in line with customer and company targets,
- Driving customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proficiency in **Italian** (C1-C2 level) is **mandatory**, and **English** at a minimum B2 level,
- Solid knowledge of **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel** (intermediate to advanced),
- Previous experience in **Customer Service**,
- Excellent communication and coordination skills,
- A customer-focused mindset,
- Strong team player.
