**Role Overview**

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality technical solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation by providing expertise in system architecture, integration, and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Solution Design and Architecture**
- Design scalable, secure, and reliable architectures to address business needs and challenges.
- Define and document technical architectures, including system components, integration points, and data flows.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, platforms, and technologies to support the organization's goals.

**2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement**
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as the technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**3. Integration and Implementation**
- Lead the integration of new solutions with existing systems and technologies.
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Address technical challenges and provide guidance during the project lifecycle.

**4. Governance and Best Practices**
- Define and enforce architectural governance frameworks, standards, and guidelines.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices.

**5. Mentorship and Leadership**
- Mentor and guide development teams in adopting best practices and design principles.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Technical Expertise**
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Experience with system integration, APIs, microservices, and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
- Proficiency in software development and scripting languages (e.g..NET, Python, JavaScript).
- Deep understanding of database systems, both relational and NoSQL.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3+ years in a solution architect role.
