**The Opportunity**

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Korean Speaking Partnerships/Affiliate Executive.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships with affiliate partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating agreements, and optimizing performance to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Implement strategies to maximize affiliate revenue and ROI, including commission structures, promotions, and incentives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to support affiliate initiatives and drive results.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform affiliate strategy and decision-making.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of affiliate performance to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience**:

- 3+ years proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships within the iGaming industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Fluency in the Korean language.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends to inform strategy.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of relevant tools and platforms, such as affiliate tracking software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
