About the role
: As
Head of Affiliate Partnerships
, you'll lead a channel generating
€80M+ annual revenue
, backed by a
€10M investment across 12 markets
. You'll own two of Emma's most powerful growth levers:
Affiliate Marketing
– the engine driving our profitability and reach across Europe.
Reputation & Visibility
– shaping how Emma is discovered and trusted online through review platforms, creators, and AI-driven channels.
What you'll do:
- Unify and scale Emma's affiliate programs across Europe, turning them into a powerhouse of growth and revenue.
- Drive innovation in commission models, creative collaborations, and content strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maximize affiliate impact by expanding our presence on loyalty and perks platforms, reaching over 80% of relevant audiences.
- Own and grow Emma's visibility on review platforms (e.g. Trustpilot, marketplaces), creator content (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Reddit), and forums
- Explore next-gen discoverability on emerging AI-driven platforms, positioning Emma as a leading, trusted brand in innovative channels.
Who we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, partnerships, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven success in leading high-performing, cross-market teams.
- Strong B2B relationship management experience within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
- A mix of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to drive innovation and scale.
- Understanding of affiliate business models, performance metrics, and partner platforms is a strong plus (e.g. Awin, Daisycon, Amazon).
- Experience with review platforms, content partnerships, SEO, or influencer ecosystems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- An entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset—you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
