The Marketing Organization inspires, acquires, and engages Microsoft customers & partners by driving integrated marketing strategy and plans to achieve business growth objectives. The Integrated Marketing Manager is the main responsible for accelerating the region’s growth agenda by driving customer centric, digitally connected integrated marketing plans aligned to global Marketing strategy and standardized marketing engines whihc drives connected customer experiences and data driven storytelling, creating Microsoft brand love, and enabling sellers to deliver revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
**Scope of work**
As the **GEO** Integrated Marketing Manager, your scope is to partner with EMEA & WE GDC/CMO and orchestrate and land the integrated marketing plan in the market
**Plan and design**: In partnership with WE CMO own and lead the sub Integrated Marketing Plan for Prior CSA aligned to Sales Plays/Halo strategy**Execute Marketing Plan** to create local marketing signals and reengage customers for Prior Sales Plays to accelerate customer engagements towards consultative selling.- Partner with WE to land prioritised through leadership projects and support WE/Sub AI ambition
- Act as local owner of the Social Command Center and Web/Pulse platforms and curate local social content
**Act a data-driven marketer,** leverage marketing insights dashboards to surface opportunities, drive marketing decisions with local stakeholders, and enable connected sales and marketing discussions with GTMs & Segment.Partner with EMEA/WE CMO & GDC, WE Area & SUB stakeholders (SE&O. GTMs, Segments Comms, SEL, GPS and other SME) to represent the marketing function and gain the right support and visibility
**Leverage and follow the Global Demand Center (GDC) framework**, utilize Microsoft Service Center (MSC) resources, and build upon GDC/CMO engines (Event Framework: Flagship, Scale, Local; Digital: Paid & Social channels, etc.). Drive integrated execution across all marketing channels and ensure all activities are set up properly in our tools and systems to enable tracking, reporting, and optimization.

**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Economics
- Experience in Marketing in the consumer and/or Tech segments, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrate experience in managing events
- Experience in field operations and external facing in handling multiple stakeholders, both externally and internally
- Fluent in portuguese language.
