We are currently seeking an experienced **F&B Manager** to join a luxury hotel in Cyprus. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take the next step in their career while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train the F&B team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Control budgets, inventory, and ordering to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop new ideas and improve services.
**Required Experience & Skills**
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar F&B management role.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (spoken).
- Immediate availability to start.
**What We Offer**
- A competitive salary from €3000/month.
- Single accommodation and all meals provided.
- Paid holidays and an annual bonus.
- Permanent, full-time contract.
