- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Financial Instrument Data Management Officer** to join our Operational Services Middle Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial instrument reference data used across the organization. You will work closely with IT and other internal stakeholders to enhance data quality and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

- What you'll do-
- Monitor and validate incoming data feeds related to financial instruments.
- Identify opportunities for automation and steer the instrument data processes towards very high levels of automation.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and timely issue resolution.
- Participate in projects related to reference data strategy, systems integration, and process optimization.
- On an exceptional basis enter data corrections manually when necessary to maintain high data quality standards.-
- What you'll need-
- Experience with financial services business data, ideally in a data management or operations-focused role.
- Familiarity with financial instruments across asset classes (e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc) as well as market data.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
- Experience in working with data systems or market data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across Operations and IT teams.
- Comfortable using Python and data analytics tools; knowledge of SQL or scripting languages is an advantage.-
