**What are you going to do**
- Lead the **design and evolution of microservices-based architectures**, using Java and best practices in integration.
- Work with **container orchestration platforms**, especially Kubernetes, to ensure scalable and resilient deployments.
- Take ownership of **API Gateway architecture**, defining patterns and ensuring secure, performant integrations.
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to improve **infrastructure as code** using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Promote observability by implementing and managing **monitoring stacks** (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
- Support secure access by integrating **IAM tools**, with preference for experience using Keycloak.
- Help define and maintain **integration standards and best practices** across the platform.

**What we are looking for**
- Proven track record in **microservices architecture**, API design, and containerized environments.
- Strong experience with **Java**, Kubernetes, and API management platforms (e.g., Kong).
- Familiarity with **SOA**, ESB tools, and **Oracle Database** is a plus.
- Experience in **solution architecture** with an emphasis on scalability and maintainability.
- Comfortable working with **monitoring and performance tuning** tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in both **Portuguese and English**, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Natural **leader and problem-solver**, capable of guiding teams and making decisions with autonomy.
