ResponsibilitiesDefine end-to-end architecture for Salesforce implementations, including integrations and data flows.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.Guide development teams on best practices for Apex, Lightning, and integration patterns.Review code and configurations for compliance with architectural standards.Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, marketing platforms, payment gateways).Ensure data consistency and security across systems.Optimize system performance and enforce security best practices.Implement governance for data access and compliance.Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to align technical solutions with business needs.Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend new features.Contribute to the enterprise architecture roadmap.Years of experience5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Architect.Functional SkillsDefine scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.Design data models, sharing models, and integration architecture.Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.Optimize workflows and automation for efficiency.Integration StrategyPlan and oversee integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.Ensure data consistency and compliance across platforms.Establish coding standards, security guidelines, and architectural principles.Implement governance for change management and release processes.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits.Design robust security models (role hierarchy, sharing rules).Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, etc.).Collaborate with business leaders, developers, and project managers.Communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language.Innovation & Roadmap PlanningStay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.Recommend enhancements and future-proof solutions.Documentation & StandardsCreate architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.Maintain knowledge repositories for reference.Mentoring & LeadershipGuide development teams on best practices.Support solution architects and admins in complex implementations.Technical Skills- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL.- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk).- Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, Talend, ...).- Understanding data modeling, security model, and governor limits.- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX).- Experience with enterprise systems integration (ERP, CRM, middleware).- Experience and expertise in Agentforce, DataCloud would be helpful.Soft Skills- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.- Adaptability and strategic vision.Desired Certifications- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (mandatory)- Salesforce Certified System Architect- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)- Integration Architecture Designer- Data Architecture & Management DesignerLanguage: English (Mush have) and Portuguese (Nice to have).Sector: Automotive TechLocation: PortoWork model: Hybrid (2x/week in the office)
