Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be part of our acquisition team and be responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the sales force through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts. You will also be the main contact point to build relationships with incoming calls and web inquiries. This role is 100% dedicated to lead management and nurturing leads.
**To achieve this you will need to**:
- Build rapport with contacts by offering resources and understanding where the prospect is in the buying process- Transform marketing leads into sales opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criteria by educating and challenging prospective buyers- Partner with field sales representatives on outbound prospecting and competitive strategies to generate new opportunities-
- Maintain and expand our database of prospects and ensure the quality of the information in the database- Search internal and external subscription databases, LinkedIn, etc. for additional key contacts within companies- Assign and use lead nurturing processes on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) accounts not ready yet to buy
- Schedule product demonstrations, intro meetings with potential buyers between account executives and potential customers.
**Requirements**:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (2+ years)- Fluent in both Portuguese and English- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Great problem solver, ability to actively listen and evaluate prospect/customer needs- Strong rapport building skills over the phone- Comfortable reaching out to new contacts via phone and/or other channels- Ability to multitask and strong time management skills- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to a changing environment- Ability to work in a team environment and be a great team player
- Driven to exceed defined targets and quotas
**Additional Requirements**
- CRM experience is a plus- We value fluency in Spanish
