**House Manager**

**Location**: Quinta Patino, Cascais
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends_

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Staff Management & Leadership**
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage household staff
- Create and manage staff schedules and rotas
- Oversee performance, ensuring accountability and high standards
- Lead by example, setting the tone for professionalism, discretion, and excellence
- Foster a culture of pride, attention to detail, and exceptional service within the household team

**Principal Support**
- Act as the main point of contact between the Principal, the Principal’s PA, and household staff
- Support the Principal with ad hoc requests, personal assistance, and lifestyle management tasks
- Welcome Principals and guests when appropriate, ensuring a warm, polished, and seamless experience
- Anticipate needs and preferences, delivering a highly personalised service

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Legal right to work in Portugal
- Proven experience in high-standard private households (5-star hotel background preferred)

**Salary**: 3500€ gross per month
