**# Openings**: 2 **Location**: Lisbon, Portugal As an OutSystems Solution Manager, you will join our Product Lab to lead the implementation of innovative solutions using OutSystems technology coupled with our proprietary RPA, Machine Learning/AI and Big Data products, adopting Agile best practices. **About Infosistema** Infosistema is a Technology and Business Consulting company providing Systems of Engagement, Integration and Advanced Analytics solutions to Banking and Insurance companies. Infosistema builds innovative solutions to address Digital Transformation challenges, coupling rapid and low-code development platforms like OutSystems with RPA, Big data, Machine Learning and AI technologies. JOYN’s mission is to simplify people’s lives and companies’ operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage Product Roadmap tasks, aligned with business needs - Provide guidance on OutSystems development, agile methodologies and performance best practices - Manage and inspire team, promoting collaboration and increasing commitment - Guarantee solution architecture design and overall technical quality **Key Requirements** - Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar - Solid experience in OutSystems platform - Experience as an OutSystems Delivery Manager - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices - Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and SQL - OutSystems certification (optional and a plus) - Analytical and problem-solving mindset, customer oriented and team worker - Fast learner, creative and able to think-out-of-the-box - Energetic and able to energize and inspire others - Passionate about technology - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Available to travel abroad for short periods of time (
