**About the job**
- The Risk Analyst mission is to encompass the monitoring of exposures on the BNPP's clients, in order to ensure that BNPP is not exposed above the company's risk appetite. This will include monitoring, analysis, decision making and constant discussion with all stakeholders

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Control Plan implementation
- Perform second level of controls (2LoC) per RISK WM Guidance Notes (e.g. limit excesses, credit conditions, special monitoring) for global or regional coverage
- Participate in the definition of the controls, as well as the monitoring and analysis frameworks
- Strong sense of discipline is required in mindset, making critical judgement about the performance of 1LoC to ensure strict adherence to Procedures Manuals and Norms issued by HO WM GAIM has been adopted by Credit Risk Management (CRM)
- Establish good contacts and direct communication with the CRM in APAC or other regional CRM to facilitate the performance of 2LoC
- Direct communication by way of chasing and reminding CRM of any deviations in governing procedures on daily BAU basis
- Able to work independently with a discerning mind to make judgements and report on any lenient or relaxed approach used by 1LoC which would increase the risk of reducing protection of the Bank’s interest
- Deliver 2LoC performance results on a regular basis to RISK WM APAC, RISK WM Lisbon, RISK WM Head Office
- RADAR certification
- Reporting tasks
- Prepare the global or regional dashboards, including an analysis of the WM portfolio evolution (client and book level)
- Come up with prospective views aiming at quantifying potential shortfalls and losses through stress-testing, detect and report concentration on counters and potential liquidity issues, sectors
- Contribution to preparing reports to Head of RISK WM APAC, CRO APAC, Head of RISK WM Head Office, Head of RISK IFS
- Contribution to reconcile reports with Finance & Control
- Contribution to the Risk framework
- By providing technical support, e.g. by translating SCOs’ observations into pragmatic and informative presentation of credit data under the supervision of Head of RISK WM APAC, Head of RISK WM Head Office

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Business and/or Finance
- At least 2 years of experience in Business, Finance and/or Analytical
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in MS Office Pack
- Abillity to collaborate / Teamwork
- Communication skills, both written and oral
- Organisational Skills
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Proactivity
