We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving banking operations. You will have the opportunity to work with Temenos Transact software and support various functional streams, ensuring optimal performance for our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze business requirements and document functional specifications
- Support Temenos Transact (T24) L1/L2 operations
- Manage and resolve incidents in accordance with ITIL framework
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance banking operations
- Conduct log analysis and troubleshoot using SQL and Unix/shell scripting
- Facilitate automation of processes to improve efficiency
- Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA for issue tracking
- Implement and support CI/CD processes and version control tools
- Monitor banking transactions and payment interfaces
- Provide production support for Retail Banking, Treasury, and Wealth Management
- Maintain documentation for T24 core logs and scheduling
- Participate in the development of training materials for end-users
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless deployment
- Gather feedback from clients to refine processes
- Conduct system testing to validate functionality

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on banking operations
- Proficiency in Temenos Transact (T24) software
- Background in Financial Accounting and Treasury operations
- Knowledge of incident management practices and tools
- Understanding of database management and SQL
- Familiarity with automation tools and DevOps practices
- Competency in using ticketing systems like JIRA and ServiceNow
- Understanding of banking interfaces and transaction flows
- Experience in using monitoring tools and operating systems
- English proficiency at a business level

**Nice to have**
- Certification in ITIL framework
- Experience with Kubernetes for container management
- Familiarity with Autosys for job scheduling
- Knowledge of SWIF, SEPA, and RTGS payment interfaces
- Experience with Temenos Interaction framework
