As a Global Communication Specialist you will primarily create standardized communication materials on the corporate web site and support intranet editors and users around the globe with your in-depth expert knowledge of our content management systems.

In your new role you will:

- **Upload and layout online articles **for the internal employee magazine;
- **Provide general support to editors and end-users **, e.g. support with page editing, uploading contents, embedding videos, etc;
- **Operate brand-related processes, e.g.**:Create logo usage agreements for third parties; purchase music for digital communication formats such as videos and podcasts; grant external users access to our Brand Portal;
- **Provide branding support and consulting, e.g.**:Review and approve internal posters according to brand design; provide feedback and approve images;
- **Process standardized requests, **e.g. for new video channels and similar features **;
- **Support Global Intranet Management by assuming regular tasks, e.g. maintain **widgets on the main intranet page, fill in calendar entries, etc.

You have experience in corporate communications and with content management systems; you enjoy making visuals look appealing, have an eye for detail and you always make sure documentation is up to date.

You use your creativity to add value to results and resolve difficulties. At the same time, you're eager to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and are highly oriented towards customers and processes. You know how to establish effective business partnerships in a cross-functional organization. You appreciate the contributions of other team members and you promote relationships and exchange within the team. In addition, you are highly self-motivated and take over tasks independently and reliably.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Hold a **degree in communication sciences, languages, web technologies **, content production or a similar field;
- **Have 1 to **3 years of relevant experience **in communication, with a focus on management systems;
- Are able to work in an international team;
- **Pay attention to detail **and are process oriented **;
- **Have experience in creating and maintaining documentation **;
- Have a pragmatic, collaborative and inspirational working style;
- **Are fluent in English; **German is a plus.
