Customer Change Communication Specialist

As a Customer Change Communication Specialist, you will be undertaking responsibilities of preparing, validating, and communicating Product Discontinuation for our customers worldwide. You will be a vital part of the growing Marketing Business Processes Management team.
In your new role, you will:
- **Review of outgoing**Product Discontinuation **document**s**in compliance with the business process and JEDEC standard
- **Process**Product Discontinuation **customer communication documents**, and distribute the documents to the customers
- **Maintain**Product Discontinuation **communication documentation**in the respective repositories, including the archive
- **Manage**Product Discontinuation **data interface**with **Product Master Data, SAP**, and **Infineon Website**:
- **Collaborate with IT and Tool Owners**for resolving issues and improvements in the tools
- **Participate in User Acceptance testing**of multiple tools
- Collaborate with the Quality organization to maintain the customer communication distribution lists
- **Own**and **maintain process documentation and training**:
- Participate in the process improvement projectsSupport all other global Marketing processes
You are a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized person with a strong customer and process orientation and an eagerness to communicate with different stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A **bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication, Business Administration,**or a similar field of study
- **1 to 3 years**of experience in the **Communication**area
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint**:
- **Good analytical skills**with experience in **Power BI**or **Tableau**are a plus
- Highly **people-oriented**and motivated in deep collaboration
- **Fluency in English**(mandatory)
