Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Digital Transformation and Project Management Execution:

  • Apply project management expertise to drive agile execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact

  • Contribute to the successful implementation of digital go-to-market strategies by aligning communication and change activities of projects with the overarching strategy and business goals

  • Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop a change concept based on stakeholder and impact analysis

  • Drive project change initiatives with a focus on digital transformation by managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating alignment across teams, and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle

  • Project Roll-out & Communication Execution:

  • Lead the planning and execution of communication strategies for digital project roll-outs, providing the right tools and methods to support effective communication and engagement, including blog posts, info calls, and stakeholder updates across multiple channels

  • Training Planning & Delivery:

  • Design and execute training programs to support the adoption of new digital tools and processes within specific project roll-out

  • Channel Management & Communication Planning:

  • Coordinate and manage internal communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across projects

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or management consulting, ideally within agile or digital transformation environments
  • Change and Communication Expertise with a proven track record in developing and executing change management strategies and communication campaigns
  • Digital Sales and Marketing knowledge with a solid understanding of digital go-to-market processes and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
