**The opportunity**

Do something great. Join their Dutch Customer Care Team in Lisbon. This is your chance to gain valuable experience working abroad while you develop communication skills.

**Your Role**

Great companies come from great people. As a Customer Advisor for Philips, you are the point of contact between the brand and its global clients. You support customers by solving questions by telephone in your language.

**This in your new job at Philips Portugal if**
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and your are fluent in English (oral and written)
- You enjoy interacting with people and have excellent communication skills
- You are open to learn customer care techniques
- You have availability to work at least 40 hours a week for a long period of time

** Experience in customer service is a plus

**Your day-to-day at work**
- Provide Dutch-speaking inbound customer service to Philips clients
- Create an excellent customer experience with every contact
- Advise customers on technical questions and features of the products
- Deal with customer inquiries and find solutions
