**Customer Service - Front Office Manager - Palmela (M/F)**
**A tua função**:
Farás parte da equipa de Order to Cash de Portugal. A gestão integral do processo Order to Cash aplicado a uma carteira de clientes importantes da CCEP.
As tuas principais responsabilidades passam por garantir o fluxo processual dentro do processo Order to Cash, receber os pedidos dos clientes, gerir a interação existente entre a equipa de ATP e Planeamento, garantir a receção atempada dos clientes/cadeias baseada nos critérios definidos, identificar e solucionar juntamente com a logística todo e qualquer retorno de mercadorias ou vasilhame e gestão de conta dos clientes (ex.: indicação de movimentos, créditos/débiitos e pagamentos atempados).
**O que nós procuramos**:
- Habilitações mínimas de Licenciatura na área de Logistica/Transportes ou Sistemas de Comunicação;
- Experiência profissional de 1 a 3 anos em processos similares B2B e O2C com uso de ferramentas SAP e Office;
- Habilidades funcionais de SAP;
- Vontade de aprender, determinação, profissionalismo, flexibilidade e responsabilidade.
- Nível B2 de Espanhol e Inglês;
