Are you ready to start your career? Acolad Portugal is seeking a talented and ambitious **Legal Trainee**to join our dynamic team in Lisbon.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Draft and review legal agreements** such as framework contracts and NDAs in English.
- Supporting the Legal Team in **managing the corporate life** of Acolad’s affiliates.
- **Draft corporate meeting minutes**for different affiliates.
- Support and learn about other** legal reporting functions**assigned by the Legal Director.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in **Law** (Master´s degree in law is a plus)
- ** Fluent in English (French is a plus)**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills**:relationship building skills**:
- Comfortably operating in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Flexibility and adaptability on approaching different tasks
- ** Excellent attention to detail**:
- **Excellent**verbal and written **communication skills**:
- Excellent proficiency in **Microsoft Office**(Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
