As a Junior HR Project Support, you directly work with the Global HR Knowledge Manager on how to manage HR information and knowledge globally by fostering digitalization and automation within HR.

In your new role, you will:

- **Contribute to a global project **that re-thinks the interaction of employees and managers with HR;
- **Support the creation of an approach for our HR project **- how information and knowledge management shall happen at Infineon for all our customers (employees, managers, and HR);
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of **knowledge articles **and **formatting guidelines **for them, while helping the **continuity of the tool **;
- Support communication and coordination globally, as well as the **creation of roles and sustaining organization **;
- Help **monitor and analyze improvements **.

You are proactive, result-oriented, and have a structured and self-driven working style. You are an excellent communicator who is able to grow sustainable relationships while focusing on the project goals. Besides this, you are team up for the best result and you demonstrate a strong customer orientation that allows you to provide a service of excellence. Furthermore, you are a passionate person who is looking forward to working in an international environment.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources **, **Psychology **, **Marketing, **or similar field of studies;
- **Experience ideally within Shared Services Organization **and/or
in an **International Environment is a plus **;
- Basic **project experience **would be preferred;
- Good experience with MS Office tools;
- **Fluency in English **(mandatory). German is a plus.
