The Global Head of HR Operations is responsible for managing and delivery of HR Operations services which are related to employee data management, HR systems, HR processes and HR reporting/analytics. This person will thrive in an ever-changing business environment and enjoy managing a team to support HR in 37 countries globally.
**Responsibilities**:
Global responsibility for HRIS, HR reporting, HR data management
Drives headcount planning process as part of global budget process
Leads implementation of Success Factors globally
Drives operational excellence in management information in time, cost and quality
Ensures high data quality in HR systems
Oversee day-to-day activities for the core HR processes covering employee data management (e.g., new employees, employee records, promotion/demotion, transfer, personal data changes) and standardized shared services from hire to retire activities.
Management of the HR data team “service centre” for HR data management and reporting.
Implement and improve HR services to employees, provide solutions to HR and employee queries. Proactively analyse work and find opportunities for improvement initiatives and drive enhancement for better employee experience.
Main point of contact for HR with IT for HR system development, interface connections and support.
Vendor management including SAP to ensure systems are up to date and optimal.
Maintain a global “operational HR” network of HR processes, system and project leads within the local HR teams, and engage them in contributing to, testing and implementation of new initiatives.
In the short term, help manage the change impact caused by SAP SuccessFactors which replaces the existing core HR system.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree with minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resources and/or finance, prior exposure to HR Shared Service Centre will be advantageous.
Process and detail oriented; passionate about data quality and continuous improvement.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities to work across a matrix environment and build trustworthy partnerships with HR Business Partners.
Ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, highly dynamic/changing environment
Analytical
High level of adaptability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Efficient skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Technical aptitude with HR information systems
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Fluent in English and Portuguese, Mandarin a strong plus
