**Context**:
The position is within the Central FinOps team, responsible for driving FinOps activities for a product family.

**Services**:
Central FinOps offers consulting, control, reporting, and implementation of FinOps practices for entities and product families.

**Profile**:
**Expertise**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in Cloud operations and/or financial management, familiar with cloud architectures, provider tools, and financial systems for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Knowledge of IT asset management or cost accounting is a plus.

**Technical expertise**:

- Certifications from cloud providers such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing cloud usage through technical and financial data, managing cloud resources, and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Experience with financial systems for budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

**Deliverables**:

- Establishing and managing cloud financial management practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Defining and implementing financial policies and controls for cloud operations.
- Monitoring and reporting on cloud usage, costs, and performance.
- Collaborating with product and technical teams to optimize cloud usage without compromising reliability or performance.
- Designing and implementing a holistic FinOps framework to promote multi-domain governance, innovation, decision-making, efficiency, and usage optimization.
- Promoting best practices in cloud financial management across department stakeholders.
