Attorney - Labour and Employment (M/F)

**The Intelac Group recruits Attorney - Labour and Employment (M/F) on a direct contract basis to work for a multinational company located in Oeiras.**
**Mission**:
**Support the company's Legal **Director **with a greater focus on the labour area (about 80% of the work), not neglecting support in other areas of law that may be necessary within the scope of the company's business, such as commercial law.**

**Responsabilities**

Provide training to the contracts team in all legal matters related to the Sales contracts issued by the Contracts team. Assuring the contract team understands and complies with all legal requirements pertaining to the issuance of Sales contracts;
**Advise on employment matters, benefits systems and collective bargaining agreement ensuring compliance with employment laws, and review of employment materials, and defending against employment-related claims;**
Identify and assess legal risks and opportunities within the labor and employment area and advises accordingly;
**Preparing information on legislation applicable to various areas in which the Company operates and conduct training with the aim of clarifying and sharing critical information within the ambit of compliance and enforcement of legal norms;**
Create and maintain a corporate records, legal library, reference manuals, and resource materials;
**Conduct detailed and comprehensive review, analysis and drafting contracts with suppliers (national and international) on various issues;**
Draft, revise and update contract templates in accordance with Procurement needs ensuring business interest and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations;
**Verify contracts preparing documentation received from the Sales team guaranteeing corporate or individual compliance of the clients;**
Assist the contract team in reviewing sales contracts and letters of confirmation amending sales contracts according to the pertaining sales request and internal approvals, and drafting complex Letter of confirmation wording;
**Establishes and maintains relationships, credibility and trust with clients, stakeholders, legal team members and ensure interaction with the different functional areas of the Company within the scope of the role;**
Conduct regulatory research when requested.

**Who we´re looking for**

Law degree in a Portuguese distinguished university and qualified as a Lawyer;
**Experience in external or in-house legal advisory (multinational)/ consultancy;**
Minimum 4 years' experience in Labor & Employment;
**Experience with Labor law (mandatory) and commercial law in general;**
Proficient in English: strong English oral and written (mandatory);
**Proficient in MS Office;**
Strong customer service ethic, ability to prioritize and work at speed;
**Strong dynamism and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines**
Detail-oriented and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
